announced today the launch of an underwritten public offering of
7,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, subject to market
conditions. The underwriters will have an option to purchase up to an
additional 1,050,000 shares of Class A common stock from the Company.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay
outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
