AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Jones Energy, Inc. (NYSE: JONE) (“Jones Energy” or “the Company")
announced today the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of
5,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock owned by affiliates of
Metalmark Capital, LLC, the selling stockholders named in the prospectus
(the “Selling Stockholders”), at a price to the public of $10.00 per
share. The Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day
option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Class A common
stock. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds
from the offering. The offering is expected to settle and close on May
19, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
