Karen S. Acree joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in October 2015.  Before joining the company, she served as Vice President Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of W&T Offshore, Inc. from August 2014 to September 2015 and prior to that time as its Vice President and Controller from September 2007. Ms. Acree has over 30 years of public company accounting and financial reporting experience, including as Vice President and Controller of Bois d'Arc Energy, Inc. Prior to joining Bois d'Arc, Ms. Acree was with Global Santa Fe Corporation in a variety of accounting management roles, holding the position of Assistant Controller at the time she left in March 2006. She earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University, and she is a Member of the Texas Society and Houston chapter of Certified Public Accountants and Petroleum Accountants Society of Houston.
