Return to the Jones Energy home page any time for the welcome sequence, the site overview, and quick links in the page footer.
Archive site guide
This page explains how the restored files fit together. It does not replace the original About, Focus, or Areas pages. It simply gives a reading order that matches how the company presented itself while it operated as a Mid-Continent independent.
Three ways to start
- Open the home page first. The home page still carries the intro media plus a short text map of the whole site. If you only need orientation, you can stop there and follow the top navigation.
- Go straight to numbers. The Focus page lists well counts, partner programs, and dated acquisitions in plain paragraphs. Use it when you care about how many horizontal wells were drilled, how production changed before a sale, or which basins saw the largest deals.
- Start from geography. The Areas of Activity section ties plays to maps and short explanations. It pairs well with Focus when you want both a map reference and the narrative behind a program.
People, history, and contact
Biographies name the executives and technical leaders who signed off on the programs described elsewhere. History lines up corporate milestones so you can place a given transaction in sequence. When you need an address or phone number as printed in the archive, use Contact Us.
PDF news on the home page
The home page footer still lists two representative press releases as PDF files under docs/. Those files match the same stories referenced inside Focus and give you the exact wording the company sent to media at the time.
After you finish here, use the home page link in the footer below if you want to replay the intro or re-read the short site summary blocks.
