Mr. Fleming joined Jones Energy in November 2008 and has over 25 years of senior financial management experience. He previously was the CFO for Planview, Inc., a global provider of enterprise software, where he was responsible for all financing, accounting, treasury and M&A activities. He has also served in the oil and gas industry as CFO of Brigham Exploration Company, having guided Brigham through its Initial Public Offering as well as numerous public and private financing activities. Prior to that position, Mr. Fleming served as Controller and Treasurer for several private, independent oil and gas companies. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. as a manager in the oil and gas audit division, responsible for the audit engagements of both private and public entities. Mr. Fleming is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and passed the CPA exam in the State of Texas.
